1. Introduction
 
These terms and conditions of sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase of the products we promote and sell on this Site ("Products") and the delivery of such Products in the countries to which we carry out the delivery service. "Website" means the website www.orlee.ch When you make a purchase on this Site, you will be required to accept these Terms of Sale; Their acceptance implies the stipulation of a contract governed by the same. So it's important that you read the Terms of Sale carefully before making an order for Products on the Site ("Order").

2. Who are we?
 
In these Sales Terms, "Orlee" refers to the Seller of the Products, that is, the one-person ORLEE company based in Giuseppe Cattori 15, 6600 Muralto. You can contact us at the contact details specified on the Contact Us page, which is handled by our Customer Service.

 
3. Are the product descriptions and prices listed precise?
 
We do our best to ensure that Product Information is accurate and up-to-date. However, we can not guarantee that there will be no errors in the description and / or price of the Products, or that the Products will always be available if you wish to make an order to purchase them.
 
Additionally, the colors displayed on your screen may depend on your computer's system and settings, so we can not assure you that they will be reproduced correctly.
 
We reserve the right to modify the information on the Products displayed on our Site, including prices, descriptions and availability. However, these changes will not affect the Orders for which we have already sent you an Order Receipt e-mail (see below).

 
4. How can I make a purchase on this Site?
 
Below are all steps necessary to make a purchase (that is, in legal terms, to finalize a purchase agreement) on our Site.
 
At the end of the procedure, we will provide the finalized contract, which will also be accessible - albeit non-editable - by us in the future.
 

Step 1: Perform the Order
 
To complete a purchase, you must first order a product order. The Order will then have to be accepted by us.
 
To make an Order you must be 18 years old. To make an Order, you must select Products on the Site, choose the preferred shipping option and, if desired, other optional services; Finally, click the "BUY" button. We will not accept Orders made in a different way than the ones specified above.
 

2nd Step: We confirm the receipt of the Order
 
When you place a Order through the Site, you will receive an automatic e-mail confirming receipt of the Order ("Order Receiving Email"). Order Receiving Email contains all the details of the Order Your order, such as order number, product information, pricing, shipping address, delivery cost, etc.). Remember that the Order's Receiving Email DO NOT constitute an Order's acceptance.
 

Step 3: We confirm that the Products have been sent - finalized contract!
 
Once you have accepted your Order, we will send you an email confirming that all or some of the Products have been sent ("Shipping Confirmation Email").
 
Receiving the Shipping Confirmation email means your order has been accepted and the purchase contract has been finalized with reference to the Products actually shipped. The contract is made up of your Order, from your Orders Receipt and Shipping Confirmation emails and from the current Sales Terms at the specific time. No other terms and conditions will apply.
 
The Shipping Confirmation email will contain a non-modifiable copy of the Sales Terms applicable at the time of the purchase contract, for your future reference.
 
Cases of non-acceptance of Orders
 
Even if we do our best to always accept Orders, it may happen that an Order is rejected, for example if:
 
the. You provide incomplete, inaccurate or fraudulent information about your identity, age, payment information, billing information, shipping address;
 
ii. We detect an error on our Site for your ordered Products, for example in the price or description displayed;
 
iii. The products you ordered are out of stock or no longer available;
 
iv. We have reason to believe that your intent is to resell Products.
 
If we can not accept your order, we will contact you as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days of the Order's date. If we were unable to accept your order for non-availability of the Products or because of an error in the price and / or other information contained in our Site, we will refund the amount you may have already charged for the Products.

 
5. How can I pay for the Products?
 
For purchases on the Site, we accept different payment methods: Bank Transfer, Paypal, or Postepay for Italy.

 
6. When will the Products be delivered? Can I track my expedition?
 
We offer various delivery options, among which you will be able to choose the one that best suits your personal needs. Various delivery options apply specific terms and conditions and different shipping charges.
 
You can track the shipment of your Products by clicking on the "Track My Order" link in the Mail Confirmation email. We remind you that through the link you will directly access the courier website on which we have no control.

 
7. I want to return a Product I purchased on the Site. What should I do?
We hope that the purchase made on Orlee will fully satisfy you, but we understand that you may want to make all or part of the Products. You can return the Products if they have not met you or if you just change your mind, within 30 days of receipt (right of withdrawal).
 
In either case, it is entitled to a refund.
 

8. Who can I contact if there is a problem with a purchase or a Product, or to file a complaint? Orlee offers after sales service to customers?
 
If you have any problems or wish to submit a complaint with respect to a Product or a purchase made on the Site, or you simply need after sale assistance, you can contact us at the contact information on our Contact Us page, managed by our Customer Service.
 

9. What are Orlee's responsibilities in the event of problems with a purchase or product?
 
Our responsibility for any damage attributable to mild blame, irrespective of the legal basis, will be limited to the following: (i) we will be responsible for a maximum amount of damage
 
Foreseeable typical of this type of contract for breach of substantive contractual obligations; (Ii) we will not be liable for minor violations of other applicable diligence requirements.
 
The above limitations of liability do not apply to statutory liability and liability for personal injury. These limitations of liability also do not apply in the case and to the extent that VF has provided a specific guarantee. The provisions outlined above apply equally to our responsibility for low costs.
 
In any case, you are required to take appropriate measures to avoid and reduce the damage.
 
We also remind you that we can not be held responsible for delayed or non-fulfillment of our obligations under the Terms of Sale where such delay or non-compliance is due to circumstances outside our reasonable control including, but not limited to, natural disasters, wars or Civil strife, strikes, government intervention, omissions by vendors, misrepresentation of information or failure to pay for you. We will inform you about such unexpected events as soon as possible and we will do our best to reduce their impact on our performance, as far as reasonably possible. Where the interruption is due for more than 2 weeks, you can cancel the Order and get a refund.
 
Nothing in these Terms of Sale will affect your consumer rights, such as the right of withdrawal or the right to a free warranty to cover any defects
 

10. Is this site collected and processed my personal data? Because? As?
 
By executing the Order, you provide us with permission to archive, process and use your personal data for processing your Order. We will handle your data according to our Privacy Policy.

 
11. Use of the Site
 
The use of this Site is also subject to the Terms of Use of the Website.

 
12. What is the applicable law? Does the Tribunal have jurisdiction in the event of a dispute? Orlee adheres to a code of conduct?
 

These Terms of Sale are governed in all respects by Swiss law, with the exception of rules on conflict of laws. The Commercial Court of Lugano will have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of a purchase made on this Site or referring to any Product, subject to any right provided for by the mandatory provisions of the applicable law to incriminate legal proceedings at the place of residence or domicile Habitual consumers.
